As promised, our hosting partner has delivered and installed a new server cluster that should result in a dramatic increase in speed and performance on your site.
If you are presently using our internal customer domain for your site (such as http://lab1234.labclient.com) then there is nothing else you need to do.
If, however, you have your own domain name pointing to your account, you need to make a small change to your DNS host records.
Please change your old A Record IP address from what it was previously (for most of you this was 173.248.191.8) to the new IP address of 173.248.188.161
If you are not sure how to do this, please contact us here or at help@labsecrets.com and we'll get you sorted.
This must be done as soon as possible to ensure that your clients are using the copy of your site that is on the new server and not the old server. The longer you take to make this more, the greater the likelihood we will need to re-copy your site files over.
